She understands that personal growth is a continuous process, and she is committed to sharing her wisdom and creating spaces that facilitate the journey for others in their own awakening.
Stephanie Terry
Yoga & Meditation
Stephanie found yoga in 2008 as a compliment to more rigorous forms of exercise. While she initially gravitated to her mat to “ stretch,” what she ultimately found was something different, a perfect mix of movement and stillness. An opportunity to be in a space of being in the body while taking time to observe. This not only a personal profound effect on her physical health, but more importantly her mental health. In 2009, Stephanie pursued a 200-hour teacher training at Yoga One in Charlotte, NC. Ever since then she has been a dedicated student and teacher of yoga. With a background in physical therapy, she focuses on alignment and finding a rhythmic cadence with the breath in hopes that her students feel centered and grounded off the mat.
